Permitted payments - from 1st June 2019
Before the tenancy starts (payable to [Richmond Bridge Residential ‘the Agent’)
Holding Deposit: 1 week’s rent
Deposit: Equivalent to 5 weeks rent (up to £50,000.00 pa) and 6 weeks for annual rental above £50,000.00 pa
During the tenancy
Payment of up to £50.00 if you want to change the tenancy agreement or negotiate new specific clauses after the Tenancy Agreement has been signed.
Payment of interest for the late payment of rent at a rate of 3% above the Bank of England Base Rate.
Payment of up to £50.00 for the reasonably incurred costs for the loss of keys/security devices.
Change of sharer fees being up to £50.00 to cover the credit check and new Tenancy Agreement, or any reasonable costs incurred if these are higher than £50.00.
Payment of any unpaid rent or other reasonable costs associated with your early termination of the tenancy, with all costs and fees incurred by the Landlord for agreeing early termination including fees payable to the Agent, being existing or re-letting fees.
Payment in respect of communication services including satellite, internet and telephone services.
